At the present, Leewattana Motor Co., Ltd. has sales teams and customers across Thailand, with more than 100 active customer accounts. The company has sales teams and managers for each area who work closely with the customers and there is monthly meeting for information sharing within each team. And the company has centralized accounting and distribution.
The sales team in each area will visit every customer in the area at least once a month to introduce new products and take orders. When there are new products, the company can quickly introduce them, as well as finding market needs for product improvement and development.
Now, Leewattana Motor has distributed in every province of Thailand, as well as export to foreign countries in Europe, America, and Asia. The company also has legally distributed in Vietnam, Malaysia, and Philippines. The company goal is to develop high-quality sales teams in both domestically and globally.
For after-sales service, the company provides professional customer service and technician team to serve and give advice on product information and usage for end users to ensure their trust on the products. Furthermore, the company has a showroom located in Bangkok on more than 600 square meters to provide convenience and display all products. The showroom also provides areas for vehicle testing and product test, as well as service area and workshop area for one-stop services, in order to serve and collect product information for further development.
